This program allows a parent to place his or her child at the Rainbow House shelter for a short period of time during a crisis.
Some crisis examples are:
- Medical and mental health emergencies
- Death in the family
- Parent participation in an alcohol or drug rehabilitation program
- Highly stressful home situation with little or no support
- Eviction
- Lack of food or utilities
- Domestic violence
